Many of our items can be personalized! For pieces that offer options, simply make your selections at checkout. For special custom requests, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How long does it take to make my order?
All of our items are made to order in our family studio. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Standard US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our items are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we’ll make it right.

How do I care for my embroidered earrings?
To keep your earrings looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture, and direct sunlight. Store them in a dry place when not in use.

Do you accept custom orders?
We love custom work! Reach out to us with your idea and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.

Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?
Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in thread placement and color may occur. This is what makes each item truly one of a kind!
